Heard that you can get the military to pay for breast augmentation and other plastic surgery..can you get a tummy tuck and liposuction too?

I was in for 5 yrs..had 3 co-workers who got them for free. I'll tell you..its because they had like 1 boob half the size of the other or were injured and needed one to be fixed. One girl told me she made up this psychological issue because of her boobs and go it but that's risky. They'd prob rather discharge you medically cuz you're not "fit for duty." I've got a friend right now whose trying to get a tummy tuck from the military. She really has destroyed stomach muscles after babies and cant meet the p.t. requirements because of it. They denied her. Well, I think your best bet is to save your $$ and pay for it yourself. I tried also while I was in to make an emotional plea for new boobs and they squashed it before I got a tear out. I paid for them myself. Just save your cash and pay for it..its just like 5000 bucks.

I am considering having my breast augmentation out of state. The return flight will be about 2 1/2 hours. I have read that it is safe to fly the day after and I have also read that you should wait 5-7 days. I would really like to fly home the next day but am unsure if it would be okay. If I did fly home the next day could it cause complications or bleeding or anything. I would just like any information about flying afterwards that you may know.

The best suggestion would be to ask the surgeon that is performing the surgery. Also, you may want to consider the fact that you will need to have follow-up appointments with the doctor which you would have to fly to as well.

I plan to get breast implants, however, I do not want to go to a general plastic surgeon; I would like to find one that specializes in breast augmentation. I have searched this on google and can not find it. If it were in the Texas area that would be best. wow Reva that's so smart… I never thought about that before. right.
I am doing it for myself. From my waist to my shoulders I look like a 12 year old kid and I am in my twenties. Anyone that looked like this would want them too. I dont need lectures, I just want to know how I can find a doctor who specializes in breast augmentation.

After the surgery, you will face soreness and underlying fatigue for a few days. There will also develop a minimal swelling and bruising, which is a corollary of all surgical procedures. The dressing will be removed after two weeks and the wound will be inspected also be lightly cleaned.

The stipulated recovery time for this surgical procedure is between 1-2 weeks, but patients can resume work after a couple of days.

I intend on getting breast augmentation surgery soon, but have yet to schedule a consultation with a doctor. I have done much research on the internet, but can't find any information on weight restrictions or limitations. Can someone help me with finding out that information?

Each patient is different, and that is why you need to consult with a plastic surgeon.

Whether or not you are a candidate for augmentation depends on a lot of things, including how much breast tissue you have and whether or not there is ptosis (sagging). There are different implants and different techniques for placing them, and all of that needs to be considered.

You might benefit more from a mastopexy (breast lift) that takes what you already have and shapes it better. Only a plastic surgeon who examines you can give you advice that applies to YOUR body.

Many of the augs we do are either in little twig-shaped girls or women in their 40's or 50's who have lost volume and just want to get back to where they used to be. We don't do many heavy gals. For those with a little more weight, we are more likely to do a lift, with or without implants, and maybe in conjunction with a tummy tuck.

Go see a plastic surgeon and see what he/she says.
