Will I lose nipple sensitivity if I get a breast lift?

I'm thinking of getting a breast lift, but don't want to lose my nipple sensitivity/arousal! Does anyone know if that is a possibility?

    Yes, it is a real possibility. I have a friend who lost hers after her implants.
