This is for the ladies. What surgery will you prefer breast lift or breast implants?
Author: admin / Category: breast liftLets say you are a size 36 B and had the option to get either surgery. Which one will you get and why. The reason for the question is trying to give my sister the best advice on which one she should get. She doesnt think a breast lift will make her breast look fuller so she is considering Breast implant. But I am afraid for her for the health risks later in life.
I've never even considered either, but from watching all those plastic surgery shows, it all depends on the look she's going for.
Breast implants are a lot safer now than they were years ago. This sounds ridiculous, but my grandmother had them done like 30 years ago and loves it.
The problem is though, breast implants look unnatural and a breast lift would make them smaller. So it's completely her call, but implants can always be removed.

I have DDs, so I would rather get a lift. Being naturally big busted since I was 14, and always having been on the thin side, I would rather have a size B. I don't know if a lift would achieve the results she wants - but believe me, having big boobs is not all it's cracked up to be.
I guess we always want what we don't have. I would LOVE to run around with no bra in a tank top, but if I did that I would get arrested for lewdness.

I would go for the breast lift. I think there are just too many risks for the brest implants. Her best bet is to consult with several surgeons and look at some of their work.

They will remove some skin during a lift so actually they will be a tinier bit smaller than they were but, they will be perky. I wanted to go with a lift after breastfeeding two kids in a row, it was twice the expense and three times the cutting and scars. I decided to go with implants 10 years ago and am very happy I did. (so is my husband) My only advice is don't go with implants too much bigger than what you have naturally.

i would say lift, becuase as well as pulling them up, they look more filled out, but if you have really small breasts then get implants… good luck.x.x

Neither. The only surgeries I've ever had were were a hernia operation when I was a few months old, and I went under a year ago to remove a cyst on my upper eyelid. Both were necessary. This is not.
I'd just live with it. A lot of girls have smaller breasts. Nothing wrong with it, y'know?
