Why are stomach reduction and breast enlargement surgeries common but penis enlargement surgeries uncommon?

But surely more men would get penis enlargement surgery than women would get breast enlargement surgery (for about the same reasons) if they were equally safe, effective and expensive. But they don't, which must mean it's not equally safe, effective and expensive. Even penis removal seems to be more common. Why?
Enlarging a penis is more complex than enlarging a breast. The breast stays the same size all the time, whereas a penis has to fill with blood and expand. It also acts as the tract for urine elimination and ejaculation.
There are very few safe and effective operations for penis enlargement. Cutting the erector ligament can produce a slight increase in length; fat transfer from the buttocks to the sides of the penis can produce some increased girth - but the results are unpredictable, and the fat can disperse over time. This operation can also leave scarring.

not sure. Sure do know I'd love to have some added! Real problem (i think) is that while breast enlargement surgery can add as much as you want, penis enlargement surgery only can ad about a half an inch. Not worth it! I want like 5 extra inches.

because having a massive penis would suck. seriously. surprise 8 inch boners? if you are 51/2 to 6 inches, you are fine. and most guys are that, so they dont need it. and no not about the same reason, its not like you can show penis cleavage, unless you just want to wear athletic shorts with a boner to get chicks, which wouldnt work. basicly jsut because it would be annoying to be any bigger than i am, and because i dont attract girls with my penis.

its because Breast are just filled and they have a natural more common round shape but the penis has a cylinder like shape and if you get surgeries it could leave your penis really ugly i mean there could be like hunks of meat in one spot and as you know with breast that's really the point is to fill them out which is done with silicone pads but i don't believe they make those penises or even it would work because it can damage your urinary tract and that what you use to eliminate urine form your body and as far as breast their only purposes are to look gorgeous be big ad produce milk (which you can now buy in a can at the local grocery store) but a penis enlargement surgery could kill you or leave you with ought a "penis", now would you rather keep what you have than have nothing at all

Breast surgery is more accepted in our society. Cosmetic surgery is looked upon as "feminine". That is why you see more women getting cosmetic surgery. Everything from botox, tummy tucks, facelifts, etc. A male getting cosmetic surgery in general is pretty rare. A guy would spend hundreds of dollars on penis pills that do not work before ever getting surgery.
