A couple of the videos show silicone. Several of the videos are regarding the umbilical technique which can only use saline. Silicone does have a more natural feel but for patients with enough breast tissue the difference is slight. The shell is actually the same except for the valve in the saline so the durability should be about the same.

i saw lots of video withthis doctor his good but his always using saline and its not that durable compare to silicon, silicon is the best
