Is there any way a breast augmentation can make your boobs feel and look natural?

After getting breast augmentation, do your boobs feel and look natural? Do your boobs feel hard or soft? Do they look natural at all?

I’m a B cup, but I want to have either a C or a D cup. So if I choose to get breast augmentation, I wouldn’t want my boobs to turn out looking fake like Pamela Anderson’s boobs.

Sorry hun, but they won't. They will feel a bit hader, plus when you lie down they will stick up like 'hills' and now fall to the side like natural breasts do.

However, just by standing up, it is possible to make them look natural. But as soon as you lay down the spell will be broken.
Also, there would be the scar.

    I’ve seen some good ones. Find a good doctor with good references. Talk to his patients. Some are better than others.
