I think its great, it can help people to become what they want to be. I hope to have some surgery done when I have finished losing my excess weight (I will have lots of flabby skin left!).

please dont be rude… i'm not even sure i want surgery… for now im just wondering if implants or breast lift can make them closer together and i want to know if implants will leave permanent marks and if breasts will become really hard…

Your best bet is to research breast augmentation and breast lifts. Then research several board certified plastic surgeons in your are and make an appointment for a consultation.

5 weeks ago I had an augmentation. Yes, my breasts were hard for at least the first 3 weeks. Then they slowly softened up and are dropping into a more natural position. My right one seems to be more softer and natural than my left, but that’s normal. Each breast heals differently. My inscisions are still quite red, but I knew from my research it will take months for the scars to fade.

As far as placement on the implants, it is completely dependent upon your personal anatomy. Every woman’s chest wall and breast tissue is different. Your plastic surgeon will help determine implant placement.

There is a ton of patient education resources, and also to the far right is the message board forum. I have met spectacular women from all aroudn the world sharing their experiences in a non-threatenting way. There are some women who still post regularly, who decided after all the research, an augmentation was not for them.

I am desperate for a breast enlargement as im currently a small 34B - I hate it and dont feel like a woman. It makes it worse that everyone I see has a beautiful curvy chest which I am dying for!!

Not sure about any surgeon but apparently if you are really desperate and suffer in any way with this like depression for example, that the NHS actually pay for it!!!!

I've never tried them, but I know for a fact they definitely don't work. If they worked don't you think all women would be out there buying them.

Heard that you can get the military to pay for breast augmentation and other plastic surgery..can you get a tummy tuck and liposuction too?

I was in for 5 yrs..had 3 co-workers who got them for free. I'll tell you..its because they had like 1 boob half the size of the other or were injured and needed one to be fixed. One girl told me she made up this psychological issue because of her boobs and go it but that's risky. They'd prob rather discharge you medically cuz you're not "fit for duty." I've got a friend right now whose trying to get a tummy tuck from the military. She really has destroyed stomach muscles after babies and cant meet the p.t. requirements because of it. They denied her. Well, I think your best bet is to save your $$ and pay for it yourself. I tried also while I was in to make an emotional plea for new boobs and they squashed it before I got a tear out. I paid for them myself. Just save your cash and pay for it..its just like 5000 bucks.

I am 23 years old and I have been thinking for the last year about getting breast implants in about 2 years from now. I am scared about the risks though. Dont get them. Be happy the way you are. I'm 32A and happy with it, and because I'm small I wont sag when I get older (my friend is only 24 and a DD and is sagging). Besides that you'll have to get them redone after so many years. Like your self the way you are. Audrey Hepburn was small (34 A) and was chosen by Empire magazine as one of the 100 Sexiest Stars in film history. Also in the 20's the trend was to be flat chested there where bras made to flatten womens chest.
